Help !! info on 2" well casing with 1 1/4 drop pipe removal and cap??

I'll try to make all short. I have myself a dual line adapter that runs a drop line and forces pressure around the pipe. GOOD. Now, my sister's was cycling 50lbs then down to zero on /off on/off. Her X had just kept adding adapters to pipes and adapter., BUT ! she has only one hole from her pump and reducers/increasers/galvanized to PVC to the 1 1/4 drop pipe. The drop pipe just sits in the 2" casing and was just packed with glue or an epoxy, so no pressure around it to assist pumping, so I'm lost. 1st question: I am having major issues getting the 1 1/4 inch out, have about 10 feet, gonna try motor puller tomorrow. I can cut it off and sledge hammer it down and try to get more each time? any hints? When I replace this should I go to 1" with a check valve and footer/ leathers? or stick with 1/4. How would I attach or seal a pipe coming from a 2" well casing? Mine the adapter sits on it with a seal and bolts, This one has nothing!
There must be a specific way to do this. and please tell me whether 1 or stick with 1 1/4"
I need to get this fixed before Monday as the health inspector will be there for a home visit before her DFS comes so she can be approved to accept emergency foster kids, so she has to have immediate water. Also should I pour bleach in the casing before i reset drop pipe? any suggestions to get the drop-pipe out or just get some, cut it, hammer it down and try to pull more.
thanks, Joe
