We have a fence surrounding our vegetable garden. The first four feet is wood framed wire vinyl fencing. For the top we want to fun sisal rope through holes drilled in the posts. It would be like having a rope railing around, say, a deck, but 7 feet off the ground. I can't figure out how to get and keep the rope taught. Even if I try tying knots there's no way I can imagine to tie a knot and keep it taught at the same time. Anyone have any ideas?
