Rainsoft EC4 Oxytech FLTR MTR/SW ERROR and AIR MTR/SW ERROR

Hope everybody is doing well. Would love some help with my water softener.



It has been discharging into the lawn continuously so I bypassed both tanks. The softener is beeping and reads "FLTR MTR/SW ERROR" and then "AIR MTR/SW ERROR." I have exhausted all of the Google results and can't find anything on it. The service tech came out to do an annual service on the UV filter last month and did some other stuff to the softener.



I'm an auto mechanic and an avid DIYer and I don't know the first thing about these! Any help would be super appreciated.
