Installation of HE120 and wiring to LENNOX Furnace

I am planning to install HE120 on Return duct with Humidistat on top and bypass on supply duct as per instruction manual.

As per my current supply and return ducts, bypass location will be higher than Humidistat and of course higher than humidifier. Is this OK for best performance?

Second question is : Can I wire this to my LENNOX Sure Light circuit board 4544-E?

There is HUM point on it, where all other terminals are in 120 row.

I am not sure it's 120 or 24 volt. How can I test it?
