Plumbing issues in an old trailer

My feonce and I just bought a trailer. And it need some work. I'm having trouble with the plumbing and am looking a few opinions.

It's an older trailer, built in the late sixties I believe I don't think the problems been updated since, I am aware that some of that is probably led some of it is that replaced. I got my valves open, and the cold water flows unrestricted in the bathtub and kitchen sink. The bathroom toilet and sink on the other hand don't run at all, I imagine I'm going to have to replace some portion of those lines.

Whenever I turn either cold faucet on, it runs of murky brown and then clears up, irrelevant of how long I've ran it out in the past. And the kitchen faucet will run fine for a minute, then it dies.

I can't get the hot water to flow at all. The water heater is obviously on, the exit line is hot. The water just isn't getting to the rest of the house.

Could I have clogs in both lines, the hot water compleatly bunged up, a and the cold partially?

I've been trying to trouble shoot this for a few days off and on, between other projects with no real luck.
