One piece acrylic shower with green board up to the edge of the shower flange. Original plan was to hot mud the gap and finish with a skim coat, but now a tile border around the shower has been requested.
What's the best way to finish this with a tile border and without removing any of the green board? The amount of moisture directly contacting the border area would be minimal.
