I just moved into a new apartment, and just now noticed my 9.5 x 10 living room has no ceiling fixture. This is probably due to the fact that I am in a building that is over 100 years old. I am looking for a floor lamp no more than $200 that will illuminate the entire room as best as possible. Should I go with with a torchiere, arch style, or different style of lamp?
