Putting up 4ft chain link fence. To cement or not to cement in MN weather?

Hello,

I am going to be putting in roughly 400ft of 4ft chain link fence. The longest run will be in the 80ft area.

My question is, should I concrete the posts in?

I was told by a few people not too because the frost can/will push up the post and cause issues.

Any thoughts and options would be greatly appreciated.
