Another Reddy Heater question

I have a Reddy Heater Pro 110, it will come on and run for something like 10 minutes or so and then shut down, I can the turn the T-stat all the way down (towards the left) and then back up all the way and it will come on and run for about one minute or less and shut off. I have cleaned the orifice spray tip and the igniter strip comes on and there doesn't seem to be any air leaks. The pressure 5 and 5.5 lbs. of pressure. The optic eye is clean. Any advice ?
