New Aprilaire 760 Problem

Have the subject humidifier where the fan doesn't run. When the humidistat is set to max, water flows but the fan doesn't run. There is a loud buzzing noise coming from within the case. I might venture a guess that is a rapidly engaging and disengaging relay, but I'm not sure. The fan motor was replaced recently. Any suggestions?
