Bathtub faucet broke into half and not coming out

Hi,



I was trying to fix leaky faucet by changing its cartridge. Unfortunately an hour worth of project has became couple hours of nightmare.



I have looked at youtube but nobody has covered this scenario. The cartridge (Moen 1222) has broken right in the middle. I tried to create some leverage with a nose plier; the cartridge has started revolving but this damn thing is not coming out.



Any suggestion will be helpful. I will put some pictures for reference purpose.
