DSC Alexor: Keypad keeps on sounding with Silent Exit Delay set

I'm a little bit confused on where I did wrong or perhaps missed something. I'd have a few questions:

According to installation guide:

To turn OFF the "Audible Exit Delay" you need to change the "[014] Second System Option Code". To do this:

*8, [Installer Code], 014, make sure that #6 is turned OFF (Silent Exit Delay : The keypad does not sound during the exit delay)

After that action I have everything OFF in section [014].

Upon Away arming, the keypad+the siren start to beep together. While the keypad goes silent after about 20 seconds, the siren goes on beeping for another 15 seconds before it accelerates and beeps twice per second for the last 10 seconds. Total about 45 seconds for the Exit delay.

- Can someone please explain why the keypad keeps on sounding while it is supposed to be silent from the start. Why the total delay does not follow the set delay (See remarks A)

- How can I silent the sirens too?

Remarks A: As I use to arm the system via keyfob when I'm already out of the door I do not need long exit time. Therefore I changed the Exit Delay to 15 seconds from the default 60 seconds (*8, [Installer Code], 005, 01, 030, 030, 015, #, #).

Remarks B: When Stay arming, there's no beeping either from the keypad or the siren and this is what I wish to achieve also in Away arming.

Many thanks for your ideas.
