GE Networx NX-8V2 False Alarms

I have an NX-8V2 and the alarm is going off randomly at night when it is armed. It did this about a year ago, and when it would go off, I would look at the panel and it was reporting a window was open (though it wasn't). I replaced the window sensor and had no more issues until now, about one year later. I'm getting false alarms again and when it goes off it is reporting that the same window is open.



My question is, do you think it is a bad sensor again, or could it be something else?
