our maytag 2 door upright, with ice maker and water dispenser, works perfectly, except for one thing. about once a week a puddle of water forms under the refrigerator side. I suppose this is related to the defrost cycle. there is a white plastic pan under the freezer side that might be there to act as an evaporative pan of some sort. I cannot see any kind of hose that drains into that plastic pan. does anyone have any thoughts?? there are no funny noises, and I can't relate the timing or the size of the puddle to anything at all.
