My neighbour bought a 1971 Cadillac Eldorado and I would like to help him in fixing a few things on the car so it can pass the safety check in order to put it safely on the road.
In regards to the Windshield Washer Pump it doesn't work and here is what I have done up to now:
1. Wipers are working properly.
2. Verified the black tubings and are not plugged.
I was wondering if someone could give me a detailed troubleshooting detailed list.
I have a multi-meter and I was hoping that someone could guide me in checking the voltage and continuity on the Windshield Washer Pump's motor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
