Dining room hardwood floor repair

So, I have noticed then in the past year, my dining room hardwood floors are turning white. This floors were installed when the house was build back in 1986. I do not know what kind of floors they are since I bought the house 2 years ago. But my issue is trying to fix them. The white color that you are seeing, it is only happening underneath the dining room table. Do know, this table gets barely use, so the amount of of traffic is minor.

Also, to clean all my hardwood floors around the house, I use a vaccum to lift the dust, then Bona cleaner with Bona mop and afterwards I will put Bona refinish to give them a nice clean crisp coat. I have never used any kind of water on any of my floors. But as I was told, the white means water has entered the floor.

I looked online for ways to fix them and bring them back to a beautiful color.

I have found this on Amazon: Rust-Oleum Varathane 242008 Renewal No-Sanding Floor Refinishing Kit, Semi-Gloss - Wall Surface Repair Products - Amazon.com

I do not know if it will work on my problem. My only issue would be then sanding the floors, well hiring someone to sand them.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
