I want to install an exhaust fan in my basement where we have stored a lot of our junk stuff that are not used regularly. Since it is usually kept closed and there aren’t many windows in the basement it smells of stale air and even some of the things stored there have began to smell like that. So I have decided to buy an exhaust fan so that the stale air goes out. I checked this site http://ift.tt/1B0fMJR and found they have some good models there, only that most of them are used products. Is there any problem with using a second hand exhaust fan?
