DSC keypad section 080

I have an RFK5500 keypad, trying to use the P/Z as an output to light an LED when the alarm is set. Have an LED wired to the R and P/Z so that it should allow it to light but it isn't and I'm guessing I'm missed the setting for 080 but can't find the definition

I have the keypad section 077 option 3 on that should make the PGM an output.

What I can't figure out is what does 080 need to be set to for that voltage to be on (or circuit closed) when alarm is set?
