How many devices on a zone

Hi experts. I am hard wiring the following to an NX-8 control panel:



3x motion sensors

3x door sensors

8x window sensors

3x smokes and 2x heats (all 4-wire)

2x keypads

2x sirens



How many zones should I use to connect them? I have 8 available and can get expansion cards to go up to 48.



Thank you in advance. I am new to this so please pardon the simplicity of the question.
