I have recently discovered a hole located on the lower portion of my big (picture) window. It is also on the outside side of the widow. I have been having problems with condensation between the window panes and when inspecting the window I found it. Is this normal or is it as I suspect, a vandal drilled it and I need to consider getting security cameras. Thanks!
