Understanding Ceiling Fan Capacitor Need To Replace One

I have a Hunter ceiling fan that is 3 years old. The light fixture is not working and I googled to find out why. It looks like Hunter is having problems with capacitors that just all of a sudden don't work.

I would like to replace the capacitor. It is a 5 wire cbb61 with two gray wires. one red, green and brown wire.

Here is what is printed on the capacitor.

The red reads 4uF/300v
green 4uF/250v
brown 2.5uF/250v

I can't find a capacitor to match the wire numbers 4uF/300v, 4uF/250v, 2.5uF/250v.

Is there something compatible that I can use?
