Kitchen Island Loop Vent

I am remodeling my kitchen and the new plan has the kitchen sink in an island. The drawings of loop vents on the internet are like here's how you do it in a perfect world in new construction. I'm struggling to figure out how to do it in the less than perfect world I actually live in. ;)
