My cedar fence is bubbling in several spots. I stained it with Olympic clear stain about 7 years ago. It was okay for a couple of years then about 2 years ago air bubbles started to form in spots and they haven't stopped showing up.
I am looking for advice as to whether I can sandblast the wood and what I should use to keep it from bubbling and blistering again. Thanks.
