I have a 2 year old Armstrong 4scu13 condenser outside.
I noticed debris (leaves/moisture) has built up a bit on the inside and I would simply like to vacuum it out.
My old AC you could unlatch the top and the fan/motor and grill came up on a hinge. It doesn't appear to be the case here, it looks like the fan and motor needs to be disassembled.
Is that the case? Or are these newer units on a hinge as well?
I cant find a service manual online and I am hesitant to crack it open without knowing for sure as I don't want to throw the fan off balance or something.
