Flush mount ceiling light foil detaching

I have a ceiling light when I removed the glass dome to replace the light bulbs the foil paper came off. So now with the new light bulbs the foil is touching the hot bulb.



I am thinking I need to reattach the foil can I just use regular construction adhesive or I need something more heat resistant?
