Genie Powerlift 900 red lights

I had an issue where the down limit messed up an I reprogrammed the down pressure, but did not do the up. I then noticed my remote did not work and tried numerous times to reprogram it. I think that since that I did not set the limits, I now have this problem. Both red lights are on and I am unable to do anything now besides get the blue lights to turn on. Is there anything I can do?
