Inground swimming pool heater keeps shutting down

My inground swimming pool heater keeps shutting down. Wondering if the Thermal Coupler could be causing the problem. The unit stays on for a short time and shuts itself off. Any Ideas?

I did clean the burners and pilot light prior to this problem.
