Is this Crabgrass already?

I live in NJ. I did a 'pre-emergent' application of something from my garden center at the right time to prevent weeds, when the forsythia just started coming out. But alas my lawn is already FULL of dandelion, plaintain and.... this.

Is this crab grass? Isn't it too early for crab grass?
