Nx-1300E Help

My keep pad keeps blinking rapidly zones 2 & 5. Now zone 2 is our motion sensor which I can under why that keeps blinking but zone 5 are our windows. Windows are closed and locked. The only thing is once I open those windows the chime does not chime. Does anyone know what the problem can be?
