First kitchen vinyl installed abt 1980... thin product. In 2000, we put down a good quality vinyl glued to a 1/8" backer board over the old vinyl.
Now putting some of the newer no-glue IVC cushioned vinyl in the kitchen... so how much if any of the old stuff would you remove?
