The exterior siding of my home is in pretty bad shape, all along the bottom there is wood rot and few areas where is warped. The problem is that the siding is the exterior wall. Should I side over it, or pull it off and replace it with sheathing, then side? Also, my electric, cable, and phone lines are lashed to the side of the house. Any ideas on how to handle those?
