Vista 21ip, Low Battery Condition (E302). Will it alarm?

,
So my batteries need replacing for my Vista 21ip control panel. Going to take a few days to get replacements. Can I still arm the system without the alarm going off because of the Low Battery (E302) condition? False Alarms suck.

My power supplies are both plugged in to a UPS.
