A licensed electrical contractor in Ontario must pass a mandatory inspections every time he installs a light fixture, switch, or plug.
It is expensive, minimum $78 + tax = $88. And I have to pay it on top of the cost of electrical contractor's work.
I think $88 HST incl. charge for a 3 to 7 minute long inspector's visit is too much.
