Last night I turned on my desktop computer to sit back and enjoy shows on Netflix. I used Windows Media Center as usual as I like using the remote control so that I can just flip through my favorites and then watch them.
Well no luck it showed a script error and then said it was working on a fix for a slow connection. I have Fios not the highest speed but it always plays videos with few problems in between so it wasn't my connection speed.
I tried everything to restore Netflix in the media center except remove that part that is installed for Netflix which I may yet do and the re-install it. I disabled and temporarily removed Media Center but no luck there as the problem was still there. It looks like Microsoft wanted to kill this function early on.
I say kill it early as if you have not yet heard Media Center will not be included in Windows 10. Here is a link to Wikipedia that confirms what I heard Windows Media Center - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. I am not asking for help I just wanted people to be informed but if you have any suggestions for a fix I am open to all help.
