Epoxy-Coat Floor Coating

This what I am using but have a question. I have a few dimples/holes ranging from about 1/2"-3/4" diameter about 1/4"-3/8" deep That I need to fill. Only about 7 of these and they are spread out. Epoxy-Coat says to use a Acrylic Latex Caulk. Will this be sufficient for what I need to do or is there something better? No expansion joints or cut lines. Only doing about 100sq.ft very light foot traffic. Thanks
