Honda 300EX loose rear caliper bracket?

My 300ex makes a rattling noise when I ride and its coming from the rear caliper bracket which has play in it, I was told it should have some play but I dont believe it should be as much as it makes a rattling noise when I ride, I dont see anything I can tighten to change this nor do I see any kind of worn bushing. Is there something im missing here?
