How to fasten the sump pump cover to the concrete?

Hello all,

I found this The Original Radon/Sump Dome
The Original Radon/Sump Dome - Sump Pump Accessories - Amazon.com

I don't have hammer drill. Can I use adhesive to glue this dome on top of concrete?
Or I have to use wedge anchor to secure the dome into the conrete.

If adhesive works, then please let me know the name/brand/model of the sealant.
