Natural gas piping - adding new branch

Hello, we are planning a remodel of our kitchen. One of the changes has us replacing our existing natural gas oven/range combo with a gas cooktop and an electric double wall oven. The cooktop will be on the opposite side of the room as the existing oven/range, however. Hence the need to add a new branch of pipe. I've been researching what's required in running new pipe and also sizing the system and figuring pipe sizes and all that. My furthest appliance from the meter is our clothes dryer which is 92.5' from the meter, so I've been using the 100' column at this page here: Natural Gas Generator Pipe Size Chart

Dryer: 22,000 BTU
Water Heater: 40,000 BTU
Boiler: 125,000 BTU
Oven/range: combined 64,000 BTU with all at max use simultaneously

I have 1/2" pipe feeding the dryer, water heater, and boiler. Per table, this is fine for dryer and water heater, but boiler should be 1" pipe. The branch feeding the water heater and dryer is also 1/2" but should be 3/4" according to the table (combined 64,000 BTU). 3/4" is feeding the oven/range, which is fine per table. Coming from the meter is 1", which should be 1 1/4" with max 251,000 BTU across all existing appliances.

The new cooktop has combined BTU of 46,200 so I could do 1/2" or 3/4". The closest point to connect to would be the main 1" line right before it splits into the various branches. No idea how to insert a tee there without undoing the whole system though. (If it's possible, please let me know how.) So now I'm thinking of taking the 3/4" oven/range line and putting a tee in there, that way I'd only have 1 connection to undo and redo - the elbow that turns the line vertical up through the kitchen floor.

Hoping all of that makes sense. If my calculations are off - or if I'm missing info for you to know - please let me know.

Do I need to be concerned about the various sections of existing pipe that are sized too small?

My meter says 175 C.F.H. @ 1/2" DIFF. Doesn't that mean my meter is under-sized? Current max output is 251,000 BTU. Once the kitchen reno is done that will go down to 233,200 BTU, but that's still well over 175. Should I be calling my gas company to request a new meter?
