I have an outside faucet with a broken upper valve.
My initial thought was just to replace it; but it's looking like I may not have a water shut-off in the house so just turning the water off may be a big chore. Maybe I can just fix it? Buy a replacement top and some putty??? Any thoughts? I have no idea how this stuff works...
