Replacing my torsion springs (Please Help)

Hi,

This is my first time posting here. I bought a torsion spring replacement kit from an online retailer. After installing the springs, it looks like they sent me springs that are both wound in the same direction (right). I tried showing them that they sent me the wrong springs but they keep saying that I have the correct springs. Can somebody verify that I have the wrong springs?
