We have a Trinity TI150 w/indirect hot water. We get lots of hot water in the fridgid winter months of Saskatchewan, but we do not get hot water in the summer. We have had this problem sine we first had it installed, the installer was not able to correct this problem. The outdoor sensor is more than 10 feet of any venting, the EF5 is in the on setting, we have not been able to get some one to service the Trinity Boiler, the installer will not come back and fix it and we are well past the first year warranty period.
Does anyone know what may be causing this issue?
Can't do cold showers since resent back surgery, need help.
