intermittent no power to one of my circ pumps

I have an oil burner with forced hot air. When I turn on the heat, the fan immediately kicks on in the air handler. The Taco circulator pump does not turn on or send hat water to the fan coil. The burner reads 20 PSI pressure and is hot. When the temp in the boiler drops to the low setting on the Honeywell aquastat, the boiler fires up.

During the problem, I checked the power to the low water press sw and it had 120 volts in and 120 volts out to the aquastat. I checked the terminals on the aquatsat out to the taco circulator pump, which sduring the problem do not have output power to the circulator pump. Sometimes it does send power to the circulator and it pumps, and other times it does not send power.

There is another zone circulator pump which sends hot water to the coil in my hot water storage tank which is working fine. The hot water was not calling for heat while the hot air problem was happening.

Why is the Honeywell intermittently not sending power to the circulator pump?

Please help
