As of tonight, there is no hot water coming from any of the household faucets. Cold water comes from the cold water faucets, but NOTHING (no water at all) from the hot water faucets.
I checked the gas hot water heater. The cold line in is open. The gas pilot light is lit. The hot water line coming from the heater is HOT, and near the water heater seems to be filled with water.
We've got a renovation project going on, putting in a new bathroom. As part of this they moved the hot water heater. But that action took place 2 days ago and we've used hot water since then.
Can anyone offer guidance or suggestions as to what else to look for or at? The contractor said to check the pilot. Whether or not it was lit before (I didn't look close) I lit the pilot and checked an hour later and its still lit.
