Cinder block crumbling

Im not sure if this is the proper forum or not...



When I moved into my house about 4 years ago, the side gate was shotty. I took it down, sprayed it. I mounted 3 hinges in cinder lock (knowing it would fail). It's a temporary fix, how temporary, well...



So, my problem, as you guessed, 1 of the 3 hinges has failed. My question, the best method of a stout band-aid.
