Need To Replace Fuhr Multipoint Locks

We just bought a house that came with 1 key but 3 sets of Fuhr multipoint locks. We want to re-key all of them.



It seems like this style of lock is not very popular. So, I'm looking for some advice on the best way to re-key these locks.
