GE NetworX NX-8V2 Viewing Current Settings

Hello, I have a new Networx NX-8V2 control board that I would like to swap out. Long story short, my backup battery is not charging and now some other things seems to be failing and I believe it comes down to the control board going bad.

So, is there a way to view the current settings so I can write them down and reprogram them in to the new control board. Particularly, my alarm company vendor settings like phone number to call, etc.

I have the NX-8V2 Installation and Startup Manual I downloaded off the internet, and as I was reading through it, I tried to do a *8 to enter program mode, but that didn't do anything. It prompts for master code and I've entered my code, tried the default codes 1234, 123456, 9713, 971300 but after enter any of those codes it just sits there.

If I hit star and wait, I noticed it cycles through this help menu:

Any thoughts??
