Reprogramming hard wired smoke detector on Zone 1 - Safewatch pro 3000

I screw something up trying to program a new fob on a non alpha control panel. I thought I had it all figured out using instructions from another site, but I screwed something up when I tried to exit programming.

Now the smoke detector triggers a false alarm. I can reset it by typing in the master code two times, but after a few minutes it sounds a false alarm again.

I just ordered a 6160 alpha control panel, and will switch that out when it arrives.

I just need to know how to set up my zone correctly.
