1990 Honda Accord, 4Dr, AT, 254,900 miles. Check Engine Light is on. Short self diagnosis connector under front passenger side kick panel. It has a long flash and repeat it again. If I turn engine off and start engine again, Check Engine Light will be off for a while. Maybe days or weeks, but code is still stored in ECU. Is the code 10 or 1? What is the problem and how to fix it?
