2001 Toyota Camry Camry CE ck engine light

I have replaced the engine in my 2001 toyota camry CE and I am getting a check engine light. I replaced the A/F sensor and the O2 sensor. Still, after 20 seconds of running, the ck engine light comes back on. Also, I switched out the computer. What else is there to check. I am getting a P1135 code. The engine is a California engine.
