Installing A Ceiling Fan (with light)

Ceiling fan has:

1 black wire

1 blue wire

1 white wire

Ceiling has 4 yellow wires bundled together, 4 white wires bundled together and 1 red wire. Could you please tell me which wire goes where? and could i add a ground wire to the fan fixture?
